1. cmd+K

2. Add the User to the FTP address (e.g. ftp://admin@pxldsk.com), this should solve most communication errors you might have had in the past. Be aware that connecting to a FTP this way does not give you write access.

For some reason I had made a copy of the iCall.app which saved me of applying the
OS X 10.5.7Combo-Update, which seemed to be the solution for others.
